Banker Member Service Representative
Job Summary
Engaging with members in a professional manner, the full-time Banker Member Service Representative will assist with daily retail branch operations, perform routine and complex transactions, and actively advocate for member needs while maintaining compliance with regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent member service by accurately completing transactions and addressing inquiries
- Assist with branch operations, including cash handling, audits, and training, while maintaining confidentiality and compliance
- Actively listen to members to identify needs and offer appropriate products and services, contributing to branch sales and service goals
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or college degree
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a financial or customer service cash handling environment
- Ability to successfully complete new account and loan training within the first year
- Familiarity with basic PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
