Seeking a Call Center Customer Service Representative for a remote, 6+ month contract role, where the candidate will manage inbound customer service calls, assist clients with financial service inquiries, and ensure high customer satisfaction in a banking environment.

Key responsibilities

Required qualifications

• Experience in Retirement Services, Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance required
• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer applications while assisting customers
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
