Job Summary

Evaluating simulated banking environments, the part-time Banking Domain Specialist will assess the realism and completeness of these environments to ensure they accurately reflect real-world banking practices while working remotely for approximately 5-10 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Review simulated environments, data, tools, workflows, and tasks representing real-world banking operations
• Assess the realism, usefulness, and completeness of the environments from the perspective of an experienced banking professional
• Provide clear and actionable recommendations for improvements based on the evaluation of workflows and processes

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 3-7 years of hands-on professional experience in banking or a closely related financial services role
• Practical experience in areas such as Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Credit/Risk, or Treasury Services
• Strong understanding of banking workflows, financial data, and operational processes
• Ability to critically evaluate processes and provide detailed, constructive feedback
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
