Job Summary
Working remotely or onsite in Duluth, GA, the full-time Banking Implementation Consultant will support the implementation of banking integrations by collaborating with project managers, clients, and partner banks, ensuring all components are completed and operational changes are effectively communicated.
Key responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze banking information to evaluate impacts on client operations
- Ensure completeness and compliance of banking setup prior to client cutover
- Provide support to project managers and assist clients in understanding banking integrations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years of software support experience, preferably in banking
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
- Experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications
- Prior experience in client-facing roles
