Banking Partnership Operations Manager

Job Summary

Managing projects and relationships, the full-time Banking Partnership Operations Manager will oversee bank integrations, conversions, and partnerships while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring operational efficiency in a remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Own project planning and execution for bank integration and onboarding initiatives, including multi-phase API/SFTP builds
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, acting as the primary contact for integration requirements and project timelines
• Identify and mitigate operational risks tied to banking partnership projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in banking or financial services, focusing on project management, operations, or partnership management
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing timelines and stakeholders
• Strong understanding of banking operations, including account management and risk management
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate operational risks
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus, but not required
