Banking & Treasury Services Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Relationship Manager in Banking & Treasury Services, the successful candidate will manage high-value client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and retention while driving revenue growth through effective product adoption and cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture trust-based relationships with clients post-integration, conducting regular check-ins to align services with their evolving needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client queries, resolve issues, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and advocate for client feedback to inform product improvements and enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a relationship management role, preferably in a FinTech or Banking environment
• Preferred experience in Banking Operations or Treasury
• Ability to understand end-to-end processes and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and collaborative approach
