Bankruptcy Attorney (State Licensed)
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the remote Bankruptcy Attorney (State Licensed) will advise clients on insolvency, restructuring, and bankruptcy matters, managing legal issues and drafting key documents related to Chapter 11 proceedings and distressed transactions.
Key responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate restructuring plans and bankruptcy-related documents
- Advise clients on Chapter 11 proceedings and creditor rights
- Collaborate with clients and outside counsel on bankruptcy cases and workouts
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, or insolvency law
- Strong knowledge of Chapter 11 proceedings and restructuring processes
- Proven experience advising clients on financial workouts or distressed transactions
- Juris Doctor degree and active license to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction
