Job Summary
BCBA Certified Adjunct Faculty will teach part-time courses in Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis in a remote setting, focusing on delivering high-quality instruction, fostering student engagement, and maintaining academic standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provides a student-centered learning environment and teaches synchronous seminars as assigned
- Maintains virtual office hours and ensures timely communication with students and faculty
- Submits accurate reports for student grades and enforces student conduct policies
Required qualifications
- Master's degree plus 18 graduate credit hours in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related field; doctoral degree preferred
- BCBA or BCBA-D Certification is required
- 1-3 years of related practical or professional experience, preferably with online higher education teaching
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office and Google applications
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and work independently
