Job Summary

BCBA Certified Adjunct Faculty will teach part-time courses in Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis in a remote setting, focusing on delivering high-quality instruction, fostering student engagement, and maintaining academic standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provides a student-centered learning environment and teaches synchronous seminars as assigned
• Maintains virtual office hours and ensures timely communication with students and faculty
• Submits accurate reports for student grades and enforces student conduct policies

Required qualifications

• Master's degree plus 18 graduate credit hours in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related field; doctoral degree preferred
• BCBA or BCBA-D Certification is required
• 1-3 years of related practical or professional experience, preferably with online higher education teaching
• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office and Google applications
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and work independently
