Job Summary
To enhance clinical quality across practices, the full-time BCBA Clinical Quality Specialist will manage record reviews and audits, partner with Product and Engineering to automate processes, and support clinical projects while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Own record reviews and audits, documenting processes and identifying automation opportunities
- Develop and maintain clinical resources and processes while addressing gaps in collaboration with the Clinical Success Manager
- Serve as the clinical voice in automating workflows, ensuring tools meet clinician needs and monitoring feedback
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification with 5+ years of clinical experience, including oversight of RBTs and clinical supervision of BCBAs
- Proven ability to build training and resources tailored to unique clinical models
- Strong understanding of clinical record standards and documentation quality
- Proficiency in clinical standards, Google tools, messaging systems, EHR, and data analysis
- Passion for supporting quality autism care and empowering independent providers
