Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time salaried BCBA Clinical Supervisor will oversee clinical treatment for patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide training and support to behavioral technicians in various settings including the center, homes, and schools.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and progress
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians to ensure effective treatment implementation
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as necessary, ensuring compliance with best practices in ABA therapy
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
- Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
