Job Summary
Seeking a BCBA - New Mexico Licensed who is passionate about delivering parent-implemented ABA services remotely, this position focuses on coaching caregivers through telehealth to support their child's development, while developing individualized treatment plans and monitoring progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral and functional assessments to identify caregiver strengths and opportunities for intervention
- Develop and oversee individualized, caregiver-mediated ABA treatment plans that prioritize meaningful outcomes
- Coach and provide real-time feedback to caregivers to support effective implementation of intervention strategies
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with a pediatric population
- Minimum of 3 years of experience conducting functional assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
