BCBA Practice Owner
Job Summary
To empower BCBAs in building independent practices, the contract Founding BCBA will launch and lead their own ABA practice remotely, overseeing therapy programs, defining clinical standards, and providing supervision to staff while enjoying flexible hours and significant income potential.
Key responsibilities
- Launch and lead an ABA practice with operational support from Finni
- Define clinical standards, policies, and workflows for the team
- Deliver ABA therapy and oversee behavior intervention programs
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
- State licensure (if applicable)
- 3+ years of ABA experience, ideally with leadership or supervisory background
- Passion for clinical integrity, innovation, and family-centered care
