Job Summary

To support a national behavioral health practice, the full-time remote Behavioral Health Engagement Specialist will facilitate patient intake, schedule appointments, verify eligibility, and manage referrals while ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary screening and assessment of individuals seeking services
• Manage targeted patient outreach to support behavioral health intake conversion and engagement
• Assist patients with understanding next steps, visit expectations, and appointment readiness

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare coordination, patient access, or call center operations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging patients professionally
• Ability to manage multiple worklists and follow-up tasks independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools or similar productivity/reporting platforms
• Comfort working in a metrics-driven environment with a designated workspace for patient privacy
