Behavioral Health Research Associate
Job Summary
To support rural health transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Behavioral Health Research Associate will conduct complex statistical analyses, manage evaluation projects, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve behavioral and mental health programs.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and oversee quantitative and mixed methods studies to evaluate health initiatives and their impact on outcomes
- Lead data collection efforts and statistical analyses, ensuring data quality and integrity
- Prepare client-ready reports and presentations that effectively communicate findings and insights
Required qualifications:
- Master's Degree in public health, epidemiology, economics, sociology, or a related field
- At least 8 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in statistical analysis and evaluation
- Proficiency in statistical software such as SAS, R, Python, or SQL
- Experience with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) data analysis
- Ability to attain a Public Trust Clearance
