Belgium Licensed EAP Counsellor

Job Summary

Combining clinical insight with accessibility, the full-time Belgium Licensed EAP Counsellor will provide immediate support via phone and scheduled counseling sessions, working remotely or in a hybrid model while addressing a range of client concerns from stress to relationship issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide immediate support through phone consultations and conduct scheduled counseling sessions via video or phone
• Evaluate clinical suitability for short-term guidance and collaboratively assess client needs to determine appropriate services
• Maintain accurate documentation of clinical assessments, interventions, and follow-up actions in the case management system

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology
• Recognition by the Psychologists' Commission and a valid clinical psychologist visa
• Experience or strong interest in short-term, solution-focused counseling
• Fluency in Dutch and good command of English
• Strong clinical and communication skills, particularly in telephone and online settings
