Benefit Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Claim Adjudication Operations team, the full-time remote Benefit Configuration Analyst will accurately configure benefits in the claim adjudication system, ensuring compliance with various standards and facilitating seamless operations for clients and members.

Key responsibilities

• Completes timely and accurate benefit additions, terminations, and changes to prevent access to care issues
• Maintains knowledge of adjudication system functions to design standard and custom configurations
• Conducts quality assurance peer reviews and participates in process improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Minimal experience and/or training to begin learning the skills and processes of the role
• Basic experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
• Ability to support compliance program objectives
• Demonstrated ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues
