Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Benefit Configuration Analyst will manage benefit configuration related to claims processing, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, and identify system issues while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

- Understand the relationship between benefit configuration and claims processing payment rules
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document customer needs and design product configuration elements
- Audit configuration against benefit plan requirements and verify accuracy following source documentation
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience with Epic-Tapestry, EZ-CAP, Xcelys, IDX, or FACETS
- 2+ years of experience in Medicare benefit configuration or claims issue resolution
- Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, with flexibility for 8-hour shifts during business hours
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new computer system applications
