Supporting the analysis and monitoring of provider behavior in a permanently remote capacity, the full-time Benefit Management Analyst I will manage provider data analysis, documentation, and collaboration with various teams to enhance benefit outcomes while controlling costs.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze provider data to identify performance outliers and communicate findings to relevant staff
- Maintain organized documentation of departmental activities and develop action plans for improving benefit outcomes
- Coordinate and conduct targeted provider audits to ensure compliance with established standards
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree in math, statistics, finance, accounting, or a related field
- 1-3 years of job-related experience
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills for routine problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
