Benefits and Wellbeing Manager

Job Summary

Passionate about promoting wellness, the full-time remote Benefits and Wellbeing Manager will oversee all benefit programs, manage the Well-Being Program, and lead the Benefits & Wellbeing Team while collaborating with various HR functions to enhance employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all benefit programs, including Health & Wellbeing Plans, Integrated Disability, and Retirement Plans
• Oversee the Well-Being Program and coordinate with the Benefits & Wellbeing Team and larger HR team
• Handle Open Enrollment, HRIS configurations, vendor management, and compliance initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field with 8-10 years of relevant experience, or 14 years of experience in Benefits
• CEBS or equivalent certification preferred
• Experience with self-insured benefit plans and HRIS systems
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment and employee benefits laws/regulations
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, with strong analytical capabilities
