Job Summary

Operating remotely in a contract role, the Benefits Interim Associate Director will lead end-to-end open enrollment planning and execution, oversee core benefits programs, and manage day-to-day benefits administration while ensuring exceptional employee support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end open enrollment planning, execution, and vendor coordination
• Oversee core benefits programs, including health & welfare, 401(k), and deferred compensation plans
• Serve as a key point of contact for employees, ensuring responsive support and smooth delivery of benefits

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading full open enrollment cycles in dynamic organizations
• Strong background in benefits administration, compliance, and vendor management
• Comprehensive knowledge of retirement and deferred compensation plans
• Strong project management skills with the ability to balance strategic planning and tactical execution
• Solid working knowledge of federal and state regulations for compliant benefits administration
