Job Summary

As a contracted Bengali AI Evaluator, the remote entry-level position will involve testing and evaluating AI chatbots and language models through structured interactions to enhance their response quality and capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured evaluations of AI models through conversations and voice-based interactions
• Submit detailed deliverables, including write-ups, ratings, and recordings, as specified by project requirements
• Participate in iterative project tasks, choosing assignments and managing schedules flexibly

Required qualifications

• Native or expert-level fluency in Bengali as spoken in Bangladesh
• Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with AI models or large language models
• Access to a smartphone, computer, and reliable internet connection
• Able to pass a language proficiency assessment and AI evaluation task
