BI Analyst
Job Summary
Serving as a strategic analytics partner, the full-time BI Analyst will deliver actionable business intelligence and operational reporting to support the Federal Employee Program's Clinical Operations team, working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Clinical Operations and Quality stakeholders to develop analytical solutions that enhance program performance and member outcomes
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into clinical program effectiveness and operational performance
- Analyze healthcare claims and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement across Clinical Operations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 3+ years of experience in a related field, or 5+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in healthcare claims processing and related metrics
- Ability to communicate analytical findings effectively to stakeholders
