Job Summary
To support data-driven decision-making, the remote BI Analyst will gather and analyze data, create Power BI reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights while occasionally visiting the downtown Phoenix office.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Create and enhance Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations, ensuring data accuracy and reliability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements and improve reporting processes
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar reporting role
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining Power BI reports and semantic models, including DAX
- Intermediate SQL skills for querying, validating, and reconciling data
- Ability to manage multiple requests from different stakeholders and explain findings clearly to non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree (BSc/BA) in a relevant field
