BI Data Analyst II

Job Summary

To support the enterprise analytics practice, the remote BI Data Analyst II will translate business questions into actionable insights, partner with product managers, and develop success metrics while fostering strong analytical habits.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with corporate business partners to manage budgets and forecasts in a fast-paced environment
• Analyze variances and present findings to senior staff in a clear and concise manner
• Challenge organizational leaders to think strategically about team structures and resource allocation

Required qualifications:

• 2-3 years of analytical experience with foundational SQL skills and comfort working with messy, real-world data
• Proven ability to take ownership of relationships and work, with a desire for growth in a supportive environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills, capable of interacting with various management levels
• Willingness to explore and integrate AI tools to enhance analytical work
