BI Developer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end business intelligence lifecycle, the remote BI Developer will build and maintain scalable semantic models and dashboards in Microsoft Fabric, ensuring data security and workspace governance while collaborating with Analysts to establish a "single source of truth."

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable semantic models and dashboards based on specifications from Analysts
• Design complex data models and implement advanced DAX measures for high-priority reports
• Manage workspace-level access, permissions, and ensure data security across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4+ years of BI development experience with hands-on Power BI, including DAX and data modeling
• Strong SQL skills with experience querying cloud data platforms or data warehouses
• Experience managing Power BI/Fabric workspace administration and user permissions
• Proven ability to diagnose performance issues in production BI environments
