BI Developer II
Job Summary
To support the JDAT team, the full-time BI Developer II will create reports, visual dashboards, and complex scorecards based on customer specifications while working remotely and leading development projects with junior staff.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and support new application projects, including analysis and planning
- Create and maintain status reports for the Application Coordinator
- Document and maintain system design and build documents while configuring systems accordingly
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field preferred or equivalent experience
- Five years of work experience in an IT-related role, or seven years in a relevant clinical setting without a Bachelor's degree
- Experience with database management software such as Business Objects, Crystal, and SQL
- Familiarity with EMR data, workflows, and registries, particularly Epic
- Working knowledge of scripting languages like Visual Basic or Java is helpful
