BI Developer II

Job Summary

To support the JDAT Team, the full-time BI Developer II will create reports, data extracts, visual dashboards, and complex scorecards based on customer specifications while working remotely and leading development projects with junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support new application initiatives, including analysis, planning, and preparation
• Create and maintain regular status reports for the Application Coordinator
• Document and maintain all required system design and build documents while configuring systems accordingly

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field preferred or equivalent experience
• Five years of IT-related work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or seven years in a relevant clinical setting without a degree
• Experience with database management software such as Business Objects, Crystal, and SQL
• Proficiency in developing end-user reports, dashboards, and scorecards, particularly with EMR data
• Working knowledge of scripting languages (Visual Basic or Java) is helpful
