BI Report Developer
Job Summary
To enhance data-driven decision-making, the full-time remote BI Report Developer will design, develop, and deploy advanced Power BI reports and dashboards using structured data sources, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure data governance and delivering impactful presentations to stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced Power BI reports and dashboards utilizing Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server, and Synapse Analytics
- Implement row-level security in Power BI and collaborate with data engineering teams to optimize data models for performance
- Present complex findings and reports to executive stakeholders, ensuring clarity and professionalism in communication
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of hands-on experience as a Power BI developer with a strong portfolio of reports
- Expertise in structured data from Tabular Models, SQL Server, and Synapse Analytics
- Proficiency in writing complex DAX expressions and calculations for advanced reporting
- Strong data modeling skills within Power BI, including structured data transformation and optimization
