Bilingual Account Servicing Specialist

Job Summary

To support customer account resolutions, the remote Bilingual Account Servicing Specialist I will manage past due accounts, perform outbound calls to customers, and handle complex inquiries while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls on past due accounts to resolve delinquency issues
• Process payments and provide relief options to customers facing hardships
• Assist with overflow calls and document interactions according to company procedures

Required qualifications

• High school diploma
• Minimum 1-year relevant experience in customer service or collections
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
• Ability to handle stressful conversations with tact and diplomacy
• Availability for two evening shifts per week and one Saturday shift every five weeks
