Job Summary
Bilingual Automotive Claims Adjuster will work full-time remotely, adjudicating claims, receiving new loss intakes, assessing coverage, and providing exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and professional service on phone inquiries regarding claim processing and coverage
- Authorize claims and manage a high volume of inbound calls
- Process and complete all paperwork according to established procedures
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an Automotive Service environment as an Automotive Technician or Service Advisor
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
- High school diploma required
- Proficiency with computers and applications, including MS Word and Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while effectively multitasking
