Bilingual Automotive Warranty Adjuster

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Bilingual Automotive Warranty Adjuster, the successful candidate will appraise and estimate loss and damage for automobile body claims, verify claim validity, negotiate repair costs, and ensure exceptional service to dealer clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Verify claim terms and coverage to determine validity and appropriate repair procedures
• Negotiate prices for labor and parts while authorizing necessary repairs in accordance with warranty contracts
• Communicate decisions effectively to claimants and assist dealers with unsettled claims

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of automotive body repair experience preferred
• Bilingual in English and French is a must
• Auto Body Technician Certificate or Estimator preferred but not mandatory
• Strong knowledge of mechanical operations and body structures of automobiles and light-duty trucks
• Intermediate computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
