Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the remote Bilingual BCBA - Telehealth will conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments using telehealth technology, develop individualized treatment plans, and ensure clinical readiness prior to case assignment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments using various assessment tools and caregiver interviews
- Develop data-driven treatment plans aligned with medical necessity and ensure timely submission of assessment reports
- Collaborate with clinical teams and provide clear case summaries for efficient onboarding and transitions
Required qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as a BCBA
- At least 1 year of experience focused on Functional Behavior Assessments preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
