Bilingual Call Center Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing customer service team, the full-time Bilingual Call Center Representative will assist consumers with inquiries and applications for health care coverage while working remotely from New Jersey.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from consumers and assist with health care coverage applications and inquiries
• Track and document all inquiries using applicable systems, ensuring compliance with privacy policies
• Facilitate translation services for non-English-speaking callers and escalate issues as needed

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; AA or higher degree preferred
• Minimum of 6 months' experience in customer service or call center environments
• Strong data entry and telephone skills
• Previous experience with computers, phone systems, and headsets preferred
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
