Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Bilingual Call Center Specialist will manage patient calls, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries regarding medication refills, all while working remotely in Eastern Standard Time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls by taking ownership of patient requests and enhancing the customer experience
• Schedule appointments and electronically transmit messages to the clinical team
• Demonstrate proficient data entry skills and maintain confidentiality while addressing patient inquiries

Required qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
• Associate's Degree is mandatory
• Experience in a call center or busy phone system is necessary
• Familiarity with electronic appointment scheduling is essential
• Remote workers must reside in the United States and have access to reliable, high-speed Internet
