Job Summary

Providing quality customer service, the full-time Bilingual Call Center Specialist will manage calls, schedule appointments, and assist with patient inquiries in a remote setting, requiring proficiency in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls, taking ownership to enhance customer experience and build relationships
• Schedule appointments and transmit messages to the clinical team while addressing patient inquiries
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate proficient data entry skills along with knowledge of insurance billing

Required qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
• Associate's Degree is required
• Experience in a call center or busy phone system
• Electronic appointment scheduling experience
• Remote workers must have access to reliable, high-speed Internet and reside in the United States
