Bilingual Chemistry Support Consultant

Job Summary

Fluent in both French and English, the full-time Bilingual Chemistry Support Consultant will provide customer support for veterinary diagnostic analyzers, assist with equipment installations, and troubleshoot technical issues while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Instruct customers on the use of in-house diagnostic analyzers
• Coordinate and assist with equipment installations and troubleshoot technical problems
• Resolve customer inquiries through various communication methods while maintaining documentation

Required qualifications

• Fluency in both French and English
• Experience in a technically related field, such as veterinary practice or laboratory setting
• Prior phone experience in a customer support role is a plus
• Strong computer and technical skills with the ability to learn applicable software and hardware
• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
