Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time hourly Bilingual Client Experience Associate will manage inbound calls, capture leads, take orders, and schedule appointments while working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and handle various call types, including live chat and appointment setting
- Capture leads and provide support to clients through effective communication
