Job Summary
Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Client Experience Associate will manage inbound client calls, capture leads, and schedule appointments while working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and handle various call types including appointment setting and legal intake
- Capture leads and take orders while maintaining performance metrics for quality and accuracy
- Participate in a structured training program, including 2 weeks of paid training followed by 8-12 weeks of Learning & Development
Required qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Strong computer skills with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM
- Availability for a full-time schedule, including weekends during the initial training period
- Dependability and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- A growth mindset and eagerness to learn new call types and tools
