Bilingual Cold Caller

Job Summary

To initiate conversations with potential clients, the part-time Bilingual Cold Caller will make cold calls in Spanish to decision-makers in Latin America, booking meetings for the team while working remotely and utilizing provided resources.

Key responsibilities

• Call decision-makers such as founders and HR leaders from a provided list in Spanish
• Book meetings and hand them off to the team for further engagement
• Maintain a positive attitude and energy despite potential rejection during calls

Required qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience in cold calling is preferred
• Availability during Latin American business hours
• Ability to build trust quickly over the phone
• Access to a quiet space, good headset, and stable internet connection
