Bilingual Collection Specialist

Job Summary

To support the management of auto loan accounts, the full-time Bilingual Collection Specialist will negotiate payment arrangements with borrowers, document collection activities, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, with opportunities for both in-office and remote work available in California.

Key responsibilities:

• Negotiate payment arrangements and propose alternative payment methods for borrowers
• Document account information and collection activities accurately and professionally
• Utilize skip tracing tools to identify and locate delinquent borrowers

Required qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in collections, preferably in subprime consumer lending
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read and interpret collections regulations
• Flexible work schedule availability, including overtime as needed
