Bilingual Collection Specialist

Job Summary

To support the servicing of auto loan accounts, the full-time Bilingual Collection Specialist will negotiate payment arrangements, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage repossession efforts, with opportunities for remote work available for eligible candidates.

Key responsibilities:

• Negotiate payment arrangements and propose alternative payment methods to borrowers
• Review accounts for special assistance and gather necessary documentation for loan modifications
• Conduct investigative activities to locate customers and document collection activities accurately

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in collections, preferably in the subprime consumer lending industry
• High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Ability to read and apply collections regulations
• Availability for a flexible work schedule and overtime as needed
