Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Collections Associate will manage customer retention and collection efforts by handling inbound and outbound communications while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers in compliance through inbound calls and texts, and conduct outbound communications for retention and collection

Required qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Collections, or Sales roles preferred
