Bilingual Collections Specialist
Job Summary
Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Loan Servicing Collections Specialist will manage daily communications with clients regarding past-due accounts, create payment plans, and assist with hardship programs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Improve portfolio health by assisting past-due clients through inbound and outbound communications
- Maintain successful relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and professional collections tactics
- Ensure adherence to Loan Servicing guidelines and meet KPI goals set by the Team Lead and Supervisor
Required qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- 3+ years of experience in Loan Servicing, preferably in collections
- Call Center experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
