Bilingual Collections Specialist

Job Summary

To support consumers in resolving their accounts, the full-time Remote Bilingual Collections Specialist will engage in high-volume calls, offer payment solutions, and document interactions while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with consumers to clarify account details and propose solutions
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while meeting performance goals
• Document all interactions accurately in the company's systems

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
• A reliable and detail-oriented work style
• Ability to navigate sensitive conversations and build trust with consumers
