Bilingual Collections Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance the collections process, the full-time Bilingual Collections Specialist will manage overdue accounts, conduct client outreach, and achieve collection goals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Increase the collection of outstanding payments within the personal finance department
• Identify overdue accounts and develop solutions to bring loans to current status
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals through client communication

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections
• Prior telemarketing experience with financial products preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a professional demeanor
