Bilingual Collections Specialist

Job Summary

To support customer account resolutions, the remote Bilingual Collections Specialist will manage outbound calls on past due accounts, process payments, and provide relief options while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to resolve delinquent accounts and assess customer situations
• Process payments over the phone and relay account information to customers
• Assist with overflow calls and document interactions according to company procedures

Required qualifications

• High school diploma
• Minimum 1-year relevant experience in customer service or collections
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
• Ability to handle stressful conversations with tact and diplomacy
• Availability for two evening shifts per week and one Saturday shift every five weeks
