Job Summary
Assisting with consumer loan inquiries and modifications, the full-time Bilingual Consumer Loan Specialist will provide quality service to members and support teams while working remotely, focusing on resolving loan issues and enhancing financial relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate assistance to members regarding loan products and services through inbound and outbound communication
- Perform loan corrections, adjustments, and payoff requests, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal guidelines
- Educate callers on loan processes and maintain detailed knowledge of consumer loan products and services
Required qualifications
- Minimum of one year of customer service or contact center experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant internal systems
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
- Experience in banking or financial services preferred
