Bilingual Customer Care Representative

Job Summary

Fluent in Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Customer Care Representative will provide remote support to Dental and Vision callers regarding eligibility, benefit coverage, and claims while ensuring a memorable customer experience during regular business hours with occasional flexibility for overtime.

Key responsibilities

• Servicing callers with information on eligibility, benefit coverage, and claims while assisting with provider location
• Documenting call information accurately and providing feedback on claim issues to ensure prompt resolutions
• Acting as a liaison between the organization and client Member Services to resolve eligibility issues and assist with appeals

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer service experience in healthcare, call center, banking, or retail
• Fluency in Spanish
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work occasional overtime as needed
