Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
Providing exceptional support to patients, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will handle over 80 inbound calls daily in English and Spanish, assist with payment plans, and resolve inquiries within a remote setting from 11am to 8pm EST.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from patients, doctor's offices, and insurance carriers in both English and Spanish
- Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
- Utilize multiple resources to effectively resolve patient inquiries while maintaining performance goals
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
