Job Summary

Fluent in both English and German, the fully remote Bilingual Customer Support & Sales Specialist will manage pre-sales and post-sales inquiries, recommend product solutions, and support account management activities while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through CRM queues, email, and support channels
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions using a consultative approach
• Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems and assist with account management tasks

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and German, with excellent communication skills
• Experience in customer service, sales support, or account management
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and customer support tools is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in learning new products and systems
